Are you passionate about outdoor learning and supporting pupil progress? Bromley Beacon Academy is seeking a Progress Partner with Forest School Lead responsibilities to deliver engaging Forest School sessions and targeted interventions that inspire and motivate pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative Forest School activities and interventions.
  • Support teaching, learning, and assessment across the academy.
  • Promote inclusion and positive behaviour management.
  • Liaise with parents and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
  • Good level of education (Level 2 or equivalent including English & Maths).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with diverse groups in an educational setting.
