A prominent religious institution in London seeks a Property Operations Manager to lead compliance, maintenance, and operational projects at St Paul’s Cathedral. This role entails managing the property team, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring safety and efficiency. Candidates should have construction qualifications, operational management experience, and be physically fit. The position offers 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and a commitment to safeguarding and diversity.
We are currently seeking a Property Operations Manager, to join our Property team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral. Leading the operational delivery of compliance, maintenance and projects, the Property Operations Manager will be responsible for assigning work to the property team in accordance with the weekly schedule, ensuring all team members are actively engaged, efficient and carrying out work safety.
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul’s Cathedral’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
