# Support Worker - Part Time - 25-30 hours per week## Job IntroductionWe are eager to connect with passionate individuals who are committed to providing person-centred care. If you haven't worked in care before, we will provide you will all the support required. When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will make sure that you are given the support to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.*\*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, £26,652.72 annually based on a 42 hour working week. The salary shown is as a per annum equivalent for illustrative purposes only. The higher rate is applicable to those aged 23 years and over and based on 42 hours per week.
