The job:
Opportunity for a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing Building Consultancy team in London, working on a wide range of commercial real estate projects. You’ll deliver core building surveying services, work closely with investor and occupier clients, and have clear scope to grow your technical, client‑facing and leadership responsibilities.
Job duties:
- Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services, including:
- Dilapidations
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to business development and client retention.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Project & Development Services team on UK and European projects.
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS-qualified, ideally with at least 1 year PQE.
- Solid experience in core Building Surveying services.
- Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, methodical and able to manage a busy workload.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and client‑focused.
- Experience working with investor and occupier clients across multiple sectors.
