Base pay range

$18,000.00/yr - $21,600.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage a team of freelance and full-time link builders & virtual assistants
  • Own and improve our link-building strategy to grow organic visibility and rankings
  • Coordinate with SEO & Content teams to align campaigns with on-page efforts
  • Approve and QA link prospects to ensure quality and relevance
  • Set, track, and review monthly KPIs for link acquisition and performance
  • Train, guide, and motivate your team to reach targets and maintain excellence
  • Analyze backlink data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
  • Research and test new link-building techniques — from digital PR to niche edits
  • Maintain strong relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and partners
  • Develop and refine SOPs for scalability, consistency, and efficiency
  • Report results and insights to management with clarity and accuracy
About You
  • 2 years of experience in link building or off-page SEO (agency experience preferred)
  • 1+ year in a team lead or management role within SEO or digital marketing (Igaming Niche)
  • Deep understanding of backlink strategy, quality metrics, and anchor text optimization
  • Confident using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Pitchbox
  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable strategy
  • Excellent written English; persuasive communication and outreach skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — you love structure
  • Growth mindset — resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable
  • Stable internet connection and willingness to use time-tracking software
