You’ll be developing and delivering scheduled and bespoke HR management information, reports, and dashboards using appropriate tools and software. The role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across various systems through rigorous quality checks. Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders is essential to understand data needs and deliver relevant analytics. With a background in HR systems and management information analysis, you are adept at interpreting complex data and presenting it in a meaningful way. Your skills in database manipulation, including working with data structures and complex queries, are complemented by your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI, making you a valuable asset in any data-driven environment.
