You’ll be developing and delivering scheduled and bespoke HR management information, reports, and dashboards using appropriate tools and software. The role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across various systems through rigorous quality checks. Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders is essential to understand data needs and deliver relevant analytics. Additionally, you’ll be presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences, supporting process improvements, and coordinating external data research to benchmark the organisation's position. As the People Data and Insights Analyst you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing workforce planning, talent management, and overall employee experience through data-driven evidence.## About youYou have extensive experience with relational databases and table structures, which enables you to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively. Your proficiency in creating and distributing HR management information, reports, and dashboards ensures that stakeholders receive accurate and timely insights. You excel in designing data gathering options and solutions that allow for precise measurement and analysis, supporting informed decision-making. With a background in HR systems and management information analysis, you are adept at interpreting complex data and presenting it in a meaningful way. Your skills in database manipulation, including working with data structures and complex queries, are complemented by your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI, making you a valuable asset in any data-driven environment.
