To continue on this path, we are looking for a content-loving, dedicated, and experienced Organic Discovery Manager to join our global team.

By 2026, we want Halon to be the category authority in modern email infrastructure the source analysts cite, LLMs trust, and buyers turn to before they swap out their email stack.

Organic discovery is a big part of that. That’s where you come in.

You will own how the world discovers Halon — from classic search to LLM answer engines, AI/GEO platforms, Wikipedia, and communities.

This role is a rare blend of strategic ownership and hands‑on creation:

You’ll use AI‑driven insights to define what we should write, and then write the content that positions Halon as the authority in modern email infrastructure.

You’ll join a growing marketing team where your work is visible, valued, and tied directly to demand generation and revenue.

• Build Halon’s presence across AI/LLM answer engines and next‑gen discovery platforms.
• Use AI tools to uncover what our ICPs are asking, where competitors appear, and which topics we should own.
• Turn those insights into explainers, FAQs, glossaries, and canonical content that both humans and LLMs trust.

• Own keyword strategy, topic mapping, on‑page/off‑page SEO, and technical SEO.
• Run audits, improve crawlability and Core Web Vitals, and manage backlinks, guest posting, and PR‑driven authority.
• Use analytics to report performance and drive recommendations tied to pipeline.
• Improve conversions through CRO and A/B testing.

• Write high‑quality blogs, explainers, glossaries, vertical guides, and community content.
• Use AI insights to choose topics and build authoritative, evergreen assets.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, MarComms, and ABM to align content with launches, campaigns, and vertical plays.

• Engage in LinkedIn, Reddit, and industry communities to spot emerging questions and shape narratives.
• Support digital PR and collaborations that build authority (not vanity metrics).

• Partner with Product Marketing, MarComms, ABM, Design & Web to ensure organic discovery drives demand, not just traffic.

• 4‑6+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex tech.
• Proven end‑to‑end SEO ownership — from strategy to execution — with measurable business impact.
• Excellent writing skills and a genuine love for creating high‑quality content yourself.
• Curiosity for AI and LLM search and a strong instinct for where organic discovery is heading.
• Collaborative energy — you enjoy building with others and moving cross‑functional work forward.
