Overview

We are looking for an administrator with strong experience in a governance, compliance or audit-related role to help our team provide robust control and oversight of all organisational policies and procedures. This role also provides administrative support to the Head of Governance in delivering ISO internal audits, management review meetings, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

This is a hybrid role that may require occasional travel to our offices in Semley or London (approximately once per quarter).

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 7 January and Friday 9 January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a centralised repository of all policies and procedures, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Monitor review schedules and proactively coordinate timely updates with policy owners and SMEs.
  • Ensure all documents include appropriate legislative and regulatory references.
  • Support the transition and organisation of policy documents across platforms (e.g., Confluence to SharePoint) and manage access levels.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify missing or outdated policies and liaise with department leads to address deficiencies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal ISO audits, including scheduling, documentation collation, and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the Head of Governance in preparing for and delivering management review meetings, including compiling reports and tracking objectives.
  • Maintain audit trails and evidence of compliance activities across QMS and ISMS platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for governance‑related meetings, including minute‑taking and action tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, regulators) to facilitate governance activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the governance function.
Requirements
Essential
  • Minimum 3+ years’ administrative experience in a governance, compliance, or audit‑related role.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining compliant records and data management systems.
  • Proven ability to coordinate ISO management review meetings, including minute‑taking and action tracking.
  • Strong customer service skills, especially in remote or phone‑based interactions.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of ISO standards 9001 and 27001, including audit readiness and documentation.
  • Experience working in the mental health or social care sector.
  • Familiarity with audit methods and frameworks, including internal and external audit coordination.
Remuneration And Benefits
  • Salary of £26,000 per annum.
