We are now seeking an experienced and credible Resuscitation Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering resuscitation practice across our organisation.This is a highly influential role, offering the opportunity to lead the strategic development, implementation and assurance of resuscitation training and standards across a diverse range of services. Working closely with senior clinical leaders, educators and operational teams, you will provide expert leadership and advice to ensure best practice is embedded and patient safety remains paramount.No two days will be the same. You may be contributing to governance and assurance activity, supporting services to improve compliance, shaping training approaches, or advising on national guidance and quality improvement initiatives.
