Job summary
A leader in renewable energy in the UK is seeking a Project Manager for their blade service projects. The role involves managing projects from planning to delivery, leading skilled teams both on-site and remotely, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have proven project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of wind turbine safety standards. Responsibilities
- Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders.
- Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS.
- Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards.
- Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits.
