Coventry Building Society is looking for an expert Dynatrace Specialist to join our Critical Infrastructure team. Manage the rollout of OneAgents and ActiveGates across complex environments, including Kubernetes clusters, legacy Mainframes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructure.You will create custom dashboards for different stakeholders—technical views for DevOps engineers and high-level "BizOps" dashboards for executives tracking real-time transaction values and user experience. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during critical incidents (P1/P2), utilizing Dynatrace’s PurePath technology to pinpoint code-level bottlenecks or infrastructure failures immediately.You’ll integrate Dynatrace with our ITSM and CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, Ansible) to automate incident management and self-healing workflows. Design complex synthetic transaction tests to simulate customer journeys (e.g., logging in, making a transfer) to proactively detect availability issues and train application teams on how to interpret APM data to improve their code quality and performance.**To be successful in this role, it’s essential that you’re able to demonstrate:*** Dynatrace Mastery: hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
