A leading contractor in the infrastructure sector is seeking a Site Operative to assist with day-to-day site activities in Selby, North Yorkshire. The role involves general labouring, maintaining safety standards, and supporting various civil engineering tasks. Candidates should possess a valid CSCS Labourer card and have experience with construction tools and vehicles. We’re seeking an experienced general operative to support day‑to‑day site activities, including labouring, unloading materials, maintaining fencing and walkways, and assisting with excavations, pipework and concrete works. You’ll help keep the site safe, tidy and well‑organised while working under the direction of the Site Foreman.
