Job Description

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, serving dishes and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain clean and well-prepared tables, handle payments, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the team to deliver smooth, friendly, and professional service.

As a Waiter/Waitress, key to your role will be:

• Deliver an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and profesional approach - checking in with guests at each course to ensure satisfaction
• Passing on excellent product knowledge of all Food & Beverage
• Work as part of the team, help-out your fellow team members where necessary
• Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety)
• Complete opening and closing duties, re-stock as required
• Team-orientated
• Have a professional appearance at all time
