A leading holiday home company in the UK seeks reliable Housekeepers for their Managed Services team in Bourton-on-the-Water. You will deliver excellent cleaning standards and ensure properties are ready for guests. The ideal candidate has previous cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Qualifications

We’re looking for detail-driven, reliable Housekeepers to join our Managed Services team in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water. You’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest enjoys that “wow” moment when they walk through the door of their holiday home.
Whether it’s a planned changeover clean, a deep clean between bookings or supporting with stock deliveries, your work helps us deliver the high standards that Travel Chapter is known for.
- Delivering a 5-star cleaning service across our Bourton-on-the-Water portfolio, following our cleaning checklists and protocols
- Carrying out changeover, refresh and deep cleans to keep every property guest-ready
- Managing and replenishing supplies, welcome packs and linen
- Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting anything that needs attention
- Keeping properties safe, secure and looking their best between bookings
- Supporting with property checks, audits and meter readings when needed
- Representing Travel Chapter with professionalism and pride in every interaction
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality work
- Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience within the holiday letting industry
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport
