Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and manage store maintenance activity.
  • Support global store projects including new openings.
  • Ensure completion of administrative elements of store projects.
  • Manage communication with landlords and contractors.
  • Track budgets and process invoices.
  • Raise and authorise Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure compliance for all managed properties.
