We are building new products to increase the safety and efficiency of emergency response agencies, and ultimately to help our customers save lives.**Roles and Responsibilities*** Leading testing activities across Factory, Staging, and Production environments, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).* Establishing and managing test plans in collaboration with customers and deployment teams.* Documenting test progress, creating test exit reports, and reviewing outcomes with customers.* Managing and investigating test defects, ensuring accurate information is available to technical teams for resolution.* Creating acceptance criteria and test cases based on requirements documentation.* Supporting customers during key events, such as go-live, software upgrades, and system outages.* Assisting service management teams in resolving software defects in live service.## Basic Requirements* A formal qualification (Degree) in Computing Science or equivalent experience* Proven experience in testing and deploying large, complex software solutions for Fire agencies.* Strong understanding of software testing processes, including fault analysis and resolution.* Familiarity with mobile product deployments including MDT solutions is highly desirable.* Ability to create and implement test plans, manage test events, and document results.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, operational language.* Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and multiple customers.**In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
