Job summary
A leading facilities management company seeks a skilled Painter and Decorator for its York site. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality painting and decorating, preparing surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have experience in commercial or industrial environments and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This permanent position offers 40 hours per week at a rate of £16.40 per hour, along with additional rewards and benefits.

- Ensure tools and materials are used correctly and stored safely.
- Report any defects, hazards, or additional repair needs observed.
