Night Practitioner (Part time 20 hours per week) - Yaxley, Peterborough

We’re looking for a part time Night Practitioner to join our team at Yaxley, Peterborough.

As a Night Practitioner you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include:

• Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
