• Previous experience in supporting people with Learning Disabilities/Autism is essential.
• Must be confident, calm, and experienced in handling anxiety in supported individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support Josh in daily activities and ensure his safety.
• Encourage and assist Josh with his skills development in the kitchen and with food.
• Help maintain a schedule to keep everyone on track during daily routines.
