Our team in Finglassie are looking for Support Workers to join the team. On offer is full or part time hours and you will be flexible to cover a full range of shift patterns via a supportive staff rota. Being a driver and in a position to drive a work vehicle is desirable but not essential to the role.

We’re looking for passionate Support Practitioners to join our friendly dedicated team supporting adults with complex disabilities in Glenrothes. We provide 24-hour support in people’s own homes, helping individuals with physical and learning disabilities, visual/hearing impairments, and other complex needs to live full, independent, and joyful lives.
Located on the outskirts of Glenrothes, the Finglassie Service comprises two purpose-built, semi-detached bungalows—each with four bedrooms. These modern homes feature spacious kitchens and lounge areas where individuals can enjoy meals, social activities, and time with friends. Every person we support has their own private bedroom and adapted bathroom, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Who we support
We provide 24/7 care for eight individuals, each with unique and complex needs, including but not limited to visual and hearing impairments, learning disabilities, epilepsy, challenging behaviour, congenital rubella syndrome. Each support package is tailored to the individual, focusing on person-centred care that helps them achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
