This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Reformer Pilates Teacher based in Sydenham, London. The role involves planning and leading Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals. Responsibilities also include providing personalised guidance, addressing individuals' physical needs, ensuring proper form and technique, and maintaining a positive and welcoming class environment. Engaging with clients in a professional manner and contributing to the overall success of the fitness programme will be key aspects of this position.
- Expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques, with a proven ability to lead diverse classes.
- Understanding of Physical Therapy principles and experience applying them to help clients achieve fitness and rehabilitation goals.
- Strong Customer Service and Teaching skills to ensure a positive experience and effective communication with clients.
- Certification in Reformer Pilates or a related qualification is required.
- First aid training or CPR certification is an advantage.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
