Job summary
A leading educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Management Accounts Apprentice to assist in monthly accounts production and manage daily financial transactions. This role requires a minimum level 2 qualification in Maths and English, along with a reference from your most recent employer. Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly management accounts production.
- Process banking and online transactions daily.
- Contribute to budgeting and ad‑hoc reconciliations.
- Distribute and manage outgoing and incoming mail.
- Support distribution of reports and other information.
- Maintain manual and computer‑based filing systems.
- Carry out month‑end and year‑end financial procedures as instructed.
- Assist with duties assigned by the Head of Finance, Vice Principal or Senior Payments Assistant.
