A leading UK retailer is seeking an analytical problem solver to join their Reward team. This role focuses on providing insights through data analysis to inform business decisions, support pay reviews, and maintain strong industrial relations. Candidates should possess strong numerical skills and be able to communicate complex information clearly. We’re looking for an analytical and engaging problem solver to join our Reward team.
Building strong relationships you will work with our Reward Managers and wider People teams, you’ll bring a data driven approach to everything you do, helping us make sound, evidence based decisions. You’ll turn complex information into clear insights, supporting stakeholders with analysis that informs business projects, pay reviews and bonus planning.
You’ll also play a part in maintaining strong industrial relations, supporting union activity, and building positive, collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners.
