We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant Housekeeping to support and complete the day to day tasks of the housekeeping departmental operations.

The hours are 24 Hours per week with any 4 from 7 days.

You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to guests throughout their stay.

This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the guests are always met.

As Guest Service Assistant - House Keeping, key to your role is:

• To clean guest rooms, corridors and public areas in a timely manner.
• To follow all Health and Safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Assist with breakfast service if required.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practises followed.
• Deal with any guest queries in a polite and friendly manner
• To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure minimal impact on resident service.
