A healthcare organization in the UK seeks a Finance Business Partner to provide financial guidance while working closely with non-finance colleagues. The role requires a qualified accountant with experience in financial business partnering, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare, though it is not mandatory. This is an opportunity to contribute to financial efficiencies and support excellent patient care.
FedBucks is a not-for-profit GP federation of 46 GP practices covering a population of over 550,000 patients across Buckinghamshire. We began in 2016 and now employ around 300 members of staff at our head office site, and across our planned and unplanned care services.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will be a senior member of the Finance team and play a key role in providing financial guidance to the business, ensuring that we meet our financial objectives and continue to grow.
A large portion of the role will be working with non-finance colleagues to gain a true insight into the business. You will both support and challenge senior operational colleagues to drive financial efficiencies while maintaining excellent levels of patient care.
