FedBucks is a not-for-profit GP federation of 46 GP practices covering a population of over 550,000 patients across Buckinghamshire. We began in 2016 and now employ around 300 members of staff at our head office site, and across our planned and unplanned care services.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced background check (e.g., DBS) prior to appointment, and regular safeguarding training will be provided and required.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will be a senior member of the Finance team and play a key role in providing financial guidance to the business, ensuring that we meet our financial objectives and continue to grow.

A large portion of the role will be working with non-finance colleagues to gain a true insight into the business. You will both support and challenge senior operational colleagues to drive financial efficiencies while maintaining excellent levels of patient care.

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience in a finance business partnering role
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience of producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience of managing a small team and providing effective leadership.
• Experience of working within the healthcare sector would be desirable, but not essential.
