Partner Account Manager, United Kingdom

In 2025 we initiated an investment program into the UK to support the work of Continia’s European teams in enabling UK Partners and Customers to grow. In 2026 we are continuing this investment with the addition of experienced and relationship‑driven Partner Account Managers (PAM) to develop our partner ecosystem in this region. Your role & team

You will be an integral part of the UK Go-To-Market Commercial team, reporting to the UK Country Manager. The role will initially be home based and transition to hybrid once we secure offices in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Driving partner growth by identifying new collaboration opportunities, aligning strategies with partner business models, and supporting market expansion through structured partnership reviews, plans, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor for sales, implementation, enablement, and ongoing partner success.
  • Enabling partners to successfully resell and promote Continia solutions through product training, sales support, joint campaigns, events, demonstrations, and end‑customer webinars.
  • Monitoring partner performance and customer usage, identifying improvement areas, and coordinating actions across Services, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and long‑term value.
  • Maintaining operational excellence by managing CRM data, supporting product inquiries, and staying informed on Business Central updates, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Working closely with colleagues from our NL office and the entire Continia organisation to ensure progress and partner success.
Who are you?
  • Demonstrable experience of working with UK Microsoft Business Central Value Added Resellers (VARs) and referenceable current relationships within the ecosystem.
  • Strong at building partner relationships and communicating engagingly both one‑on‑one and with groups at all levels.
  • Structured and skilled in pipeline and activity management, including meeting revenue and solutions sold targets.
  • Has a commercial mindset and is motivated by growth and shared success.
  • Is able to travel freely within the UK and Europe as required.
  • Demonstrates motivation, collaboration, teamwork and a strong desire to win.
  • Sales professionalism: experienced in modern sales approaches, using multi‑channel communication and handling objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Problem‑solving mindset: solution‑oriented with a strong partner focus.
  • Business acumen: strong understanding of partner business models and the ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Time and pipeline management: highly organised, prioritising effectively and managing activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Clear communication: skilled in developing presentations and communicating the value of complex solutions in a clear, compelling, and motivating way.
