HEAD OF ROOMS REVENUE

Buzzworks is entering an exciting new era. Known for our award‑winning bars and restaurants, we’re now expanding our hospitality experience into rooms. We are looking for a smart, strategic and commercially driven Revenue Manager to help shape this new venture from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to build our rooms revenue function from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business with a core focus on developing and delivering the revenue strategy that brings our new accommodation offering to life.

THE WORKS
  • Develop and deliver the revenue management strategy for our rooms offering
  • Take a lead role in developing and delivering the Buzzworks rooms experience
  • Build dynamic pricing strategies for rooms, packages and future locations
  • Forecast demand, analyse booking pace and maximise revenue across multiple room types
  • Manage rate structures, inventory and distribution channels, including OTA relationships
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track key rooms revenue KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitive sets and local event impacts
  • Support system selection, process development and best practice for our new rooms division
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and IT to ensure commercial alignment across the full customer journey
  • Provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term growth planning for accommodation
  • Contribute to concepts and commercial planning for future sites as this new division expands
  • Work closely with Property team to forecast room EBITDA contribution for new site acquisitions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Experience in hotel or multi‑property revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Confidence in rate strategy, forecasting, channel management and inventory optimisation
  • Experience with accommodation PMS, OTA platforms, distribution tools or RMS systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • A proactive, curious and solutions‑driven approach
  • Enthusiasm for helping to shape and launch a new arm of the Buzzworks business
