The role involves extensive client interaction and office administration. Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a similar Event Management role.
  • Experience in an agency or FMCG/Retail environment.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Excel.
  • UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between N2O, the client, and suppliers.
  • Plan and manage multiple events from start to finish.
  • Build relationships with Client Head Office contacts and suppliers.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure timelines are met.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of suppliers' deliverables.
  • Lead office administration tasks.
