A leading care home provider in Epsom seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in daily living and provide companionship. Key responsibilities include assisting with food, following care plans, and ensuring quality one-to-one time for each resident. As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
