This position offers a diverse mix of corporate security, foot patrolling, and crowd control for bars, special functions and events, including:

• Corporate security at premium hotel and commercial precincts
• Patrolling security at hotel and CBD locations
• Bar and event security within licensed premises
• Crowd control for special events and weekend hotel functions
• Friday & Saturday evening shifts primarily for events
• Occasional weekday shifts also available
• 4 on 4 off rotating roster plus additional casual and ad‑hoc shifts

• Conduct targeted preventative patrols across guest areas, carparks, facilities, and public spaces
• Monitor and manage anti‑social behaviour, intoxication, and noise complaints
• Provide access control and crowd management for hotel and event spaces
• Assist guests with directions, transport, and enquiries
• Ensure doors, fire exits, amenities, and rooftop areas are secure
• Respond to and report incidents via Guardhouse App, maintaining occurrence logs
• Support hotel management in emergency, medical, and behavioural incidents
• Hotel and patrolling sites located in Perth CBD & Scarborough

• Current WA Security Licence
• Valid Crowd Controller Licence
• Current RSA
• Professional presentation and high standards of personal hygiene
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and rotating roster shifts

• Availability for night shift 4 on 4 off roster or weekend and evening shifts
