Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £12.31 – £19.66 per hour with up to £150 performance bonus.

Start date: November 2025.

Role outline: THG, a leading global e-commerce technology group, is hiring Warehouse Operatives for the Altrincham facility.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift 07:00 – 19:00 (last hour pay £13.71)
• Night Shift 19:00 – 07:00 (last hour pay £12.31)
• Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day.
• Option 1: Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday the following week.
• Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday the following week.

Pay Rates & Benefits

• Day shift base: £12.31 per hour; weekend pay: £13.51 per hour.
• Night shift: £13.71 per hour.
• 60 minutes paid break – full 12 hour shift paid.
• Overtime: 1.5× basic pay after 48 hours worked in one week.
