You’re a seasoned media leader with a strong digital foundation and a proven track record of driving transformation and growth. You speak data, analytics, and tech stacks as fluently as GRPs, and you thrive in complex, global environments.

• B2B experience as preferred but not essential. Alternatively experience working on global complex client within verticals such as Tech or Finance is valuable.
• Gravitas and a clear, compelling point of view in senior settings.
• Expertise across marketing technology, brand partnerships, and social content.
• Experience navigating global agency dynamics and building best‑in‑class processes.
• A natural ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and mentor talent.
• Curiosity, positivity, and a challenger mindset.
• Confidence in leading client relationships and hitting the ground running.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. The standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
