This role offers exposure to high-profile clients, complex matters, and the opportunity to take on key leadership and compliance positions within our London branch.

Core Compliance & Management Roles
  • Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP)
  • Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA)
  • Manager & Head of Legal Practice (London Office)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a wide range of matters
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and reports
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across our international offices to deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UK laws and regulations, ensuring full SRA compliance
  • Oversee compliance processes and support operational management of the London branch
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the firm's high standards of service
Requirements
