A cutting-edge technology company based in London is seeking a Design Program Manager to oversee the Software Design team's project management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in program management within software or consumer tech. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring clear communication across teams, and upholding design quality. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can navigate ambiguity and drive processes effectively.
Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.
We’re building a different kind of technology company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look and feel to how we communicate and show up in culture, we believe technology should make you feel something.
Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.
Nothing’s Software Design team defines how our products feel: the OS, native Apps, AI features, and the connective tissue across our devices. Your job is to ensure this team can do its best work and that the rest of the company is in lockstep with it.
As Design Program Manager, you sit inside the Software Design team and act as its operational backbone and primary liaison to Software Engineering, Industrial Design, Product, Brand & Marketing, and regional teams. You own the flow: timelines, documentation, decision‑making, and communication. You protect the quality of the work by protecting the clarity around it.
This is not admin. This is a role for someone who is structured, detail‑oriented, design‑literate, technically conversant, and able to bring order to fast‑paced, ambiguous, multi‑team environments without stifling creativity.
