Job summary
A prominent engineering firm is looking for skilled Platers to work on the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater. Candidates must hold a Level 3 Apprenticeship or Diploma in relevant fields and CCNSG certification. This permanent role offers a competitive rotation schedule along with allowances and bonuses. Start dates are in January and March 2026.

Platers required on Hinkley Point C.
Start dates: January and March 2026.
Employment Type: Permanent. Role: Skilled / Semi-skilled.
10/4 rotation. Rate, lodge, bus allowance and bonus in line with Site Agreement.
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Plating, Fabrication, Welding, Structural Steelwork, Shipbuilding or Metalworking, or Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Plating, Fabrication, Welding, Structural Steelwork, Shipbuilding or Metalworking (or Minimum Level 6 in the above if apprenticeship/qualification awarded in Scotland), or ACE Card - Level 3 in Plating.
- CCNSG required.
