Job summary
A supportive care organization in Crewe is seeking a Senior Residential Activity Worker to lead outdoor activities and provide emotional support to young people in a residential care setting. Responsibilities include mentoring staff and maintaining a safe environment. Candidates should hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Child Care, have experience with youth, and be passionate about making a difference.
