Qualifications

  • Must be trained and certified in SAFe Agile or equivalent frameworks.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product definition and user story creation within Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Agile Craft, and Kanban boards.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for collaboration.
  • Familiarity with telco products and services is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience mentoring scrum teams.
  • Extensive experience in facilitating and managing business and technical requirements.
  • Significant experience with both Agile/Lean and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong teamwork and influencing skills to cultivate a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Define high-level features into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Understand and promote the product vision, aligning it with customer experience goals.
  • Collaborate with UX and development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog effectively.
  • Maintain groomed stories to facilitate smooth sprint planning.
  • Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other Product Managers.
  • Engage in sprint demos, reviewing completed stories and accepting work that meets quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates on user stories and features.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review content for legal risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Own all aspects of the scrum team’s output.
