Job summary
A leading global food company is seeking an Operational Shift Manager to lead production activities in their Birstall Factory. This full-time position requires strong leadership, proven experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and compliance with safety regulations in a shift-based environment. Candidates must have manufacturing line management experience, preferably in the food or pet food industry. The role offers a chance to ensure high-quality production while promoting a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven line management experience in manufacturing/operations, preferably in food or pet food industry.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation.
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead production activities within the Birstall Factory.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards during shifts.
- Conduct performance discussions, coaching, and training for associates.
