The role involves preparing and managing NDAs, coordinating client transactions, and requires a solid understanding of legal documentation and compliance processes. Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal team.
  • Excellent writing and negotiating skills for NDAs.
