• Experience handling a litigated caseload, preferably defendant cases.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run a litigated caseload of small claims matters.
• Draft various legal documents and manage cases in line with SLAs.
• Engage in telephone negotiations and liaise with various parties.

Skills

Experience in handling litigated claims

Knowledge of CPR and SRA Code of Conduct

Motor insurance knowledge

Problem-solving skills
