Paralegal (Level 3) – Apprenticeship
Location: London, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30 hours per week)
Saturday work may occasionally be required
Duration: 24 months

Summary:

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain valuable legal knowledge and practical experience while working towards a nationally recognized Paralegal qualification. It is ideal for individuals seeking a pathway to becoming a fully qualified paralegal, with exposure to real-world cases and legal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, and briefs

Conduct detailed legal research to support case development

Manage and organize case files to ensure all legal documents are accessible and up-to-date

Liaise directly with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information

Assist solicitors with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents for court proceedings

Ensure compliance with legal standards and protocols, maintaining detailed and accurate records for each case

Essential Qualifications:

GCSE in English (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

Candidates are encouraged to inform the company of any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience to potentially adjust the apprenticeship to match their skill level
