A leading legal firm in the UK is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join their Private Law team. The role involves providing legal advice on wills, succession, trusts, and probate, while working closely with Wealth Management colleagues. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of PQE and be able to manage multiple cases efficiently. This position offers a hybrid working model while delivering high-quality legal services, with benefits including generous holiday and private medical insurance.
As part of the Private Law team, you will provide legal advice on a variety of complex client matters, including wills and succession, IHT, drafting and advice in respect of trusts, and probate advice, as well as working closely with colleagues in our Wealth Management team for the benefit of mutual clients.
This role is on a hybrid basis and can be based out of our Leeds, Nottingham, or Worthing office.
