A leading global aviation services provider seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in Aberdeen, UK. This role involves overseeing contract negotiations, managing employment disputes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, be a qualified solicitor, and possess 5-10 years of legal experience, ideally in aviation or oil and gas law. This role involves collaborating with group with key commercial colleagues across the UK and Europe, to ensure stringent compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include playing a vital, proactive role in managing labour and employment matters, disputes and/or litigation, corporate secretary/governance work, contract negotiations and limited global Fleet support.
