The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD, along with excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include leading projects, conducting site visits, and managing contracts. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing two days in the office and three days working from home, along with various benefits such as paid subscriptions and increased annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate/advanced Revit user required.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologist, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • Conduct surveys and site visits as required.
  • Manage construction contract administration.
