Qualifications

• Chartered or working toward Chartership (IET/CIBSE) is highly desirable.
• Significant consultancy experience within building services.
• Confident in conducting site visits and client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for building services across all RIBA stages.
• Carry out site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
• Prepare design calculations and technical specifications.
