Job summary
A prestigious furniture retailer seeks a Supervisor for their Heal’s Concession in Fenwick, York. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience. You will oversee team planning, organization, and customer service standards, creating a welcoming environment for customers. We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to oversee and run our Heal’s Concession in Fenwick, York.
As a Concession supervisor you will be responsible for controlling the planning, organisation, motivation and training of your team in order to attain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock control, administration, security and customer service. You will aim to create an inviting atmosphere for our customers and educate and inspire your sales team.
The ideal candidate will have;
- At least 2 years' retail supervisory experience, preferably within furniture retail
