Responsibilities

1. Deliver vital support to people in our Supported Living properties, including helping with personal care, daily living skills, finances, and administering medication.
2. Support individuals to live the life they choose, providing inclusive and personalised assistance.

Qualifications and requirements

1. You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; we’re looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference and delivering high-quality care.
2. Whether you are experienced in care or starting a new career, our in-house training team will ensure you have the skills to perform confidently.
3. Availability to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, sleepovers); flexibility is key. Open to full-time or part-time hours (minimum 25 hours per week).
4. Full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential; ability to travel within the York area is important.
