Job Description

Salary: £25,105.23 per year (£13.72 per hour)

Shifts: Monday–Friday, rotating between 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00

At our York site – home of Poppets and XXX Mints – we make some of the UK’s most well-known confectionery. Every role here is important, whether it’s keeping production lines moving or making sure every product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • As a Production Operative, you’ll be hands-on with our machinery and production processes.
  • You’ll set up equipment, monitor performance, and make adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
  • Some days will be about completing routine checks, others about fixing issues quickly so we meet our targets.
  • It’s a fast-moving environment where teamwork matters, and your work will directly contribute to products enjoyed across the country.

Qualifications
