About The Role

As our Sales Lead for the UK, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team and collaborate closely with our Head of Commercial, EMEA. You’ll be responsible for bringing on new business across a designated portfolio of agencies and direct brands, while super servicing and growing our existing clients.

Your energy for the gaming industry, spark for sales and effortless ability to engage contacts and build relationships will enable you to level up quickly. With a system-driven and organised mentality, you’ll know how to ensure all your contacts are proactively engaged and communicated with regularly.

This is a once in a generation role, leveraging our unique USP, exclusivities and partnerships across the gaming ecosystem, working with a highly motivated team with a common goal to create new categories to successfully connect global gaming audiences with brands in an authentic way.

What You Will Do

  • Selling in gaming solutions ranging from video and display media through to complex in-game IP partnerships and talent led executions
  • Building relationships with media agencies and clients directly
  • Evangelising about the gaming industry
  • Educating the market about Livewire’s role within the gaming landscape
  • Collaborating with our in-house creative, research and project management team (Livewire Labs) on proactive ideas and responses to briefs
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline

What You Will Need

  • Expertise in selling talent led branded content campaigns and media campaigns
  • A keen interest in gaming and its evolution as evidenced in your application
  • An extensive UK agency and brand direct network of contacts eager to learn about Livewire
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver complex media solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Experience using Boostr or similar
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to clients\' site

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in gaming verticals (publishers, platforms, influencers, content, media and social)
  • Experience in a startup environment
